Lockton, the world’s largest privately held independent insurance brokerage, has named Chris DiLullo as its first U.S. Industry Practices Leader, underscoring the firm’s commitment to delivering specialized, industry-leading solutions that help clients thrive in today’s dynamic risk landscape.

In this newly created role, DiLullo will report to Lockton U.S. President Tim Ryan, leading Lockton’s national strategy across key industry sectors — including construction, healthcare, law firms, life sciences, real estate, energy, and transportation — ensuring clients benefit from deep expertise, innovative thinking, and a consultative approach tailored to their unique business challenges.

“Chris has a strong track record of developing industry-driven strategies that create value for clients,” said Ryan. “His collaborative leadership style and sharp focus on what clients need most will elevate the impact we deliver across key industry segments.”

A 20-year Lockton veteran, DiLullo has held a range of leadership positions across Lockton Financial Services and its Property & Casualty practice. Most recently, he served as Industry Practice Leader in Lockton’s Northeast region, where he built cross-functional partnerships to enhance capabilities, expand client offerings, and support producers in driving growth.

“I’ve always believed that the most effective risk solutions are rooted in deep industry expertise, and we have some of the most talented and knowledgeable professionals, delivering exceptional value through Lockton’s highly personalized client service platform,” said DiLullo. “In this role, my focus will be on increasing the value we deliver across industries by anticipating challenges and providing tailored services and solutions to safeguard and elevate our clients' businesses to deliver even greater value.

With this move, Lockton continues to build on its reputation for industry specialization, positioning clients for success in an increasingly complex and competitive world.
