With 30%+ annual headcount growth, our new home spanning two floors was built following a Strategic Workplace Review so we could future-proof our growth trajectory, accommodate the depth of our growing teams, and position ourselves to cultivate our award-winning culture (opens a new window) further. Designed in collaboration with Spaceful, our workplace reflects our values and ways of working in 2024 and beyond.

The design is more than just aesthetics. Our new office has been thoughtfully designed to promote better connectivity and collaboration across our teams, so everyone is empowered to perform at their best with:
Collaborative spaces: featuring a collaboration booth and light-filled open areas that encourage teamwork and idea-sharing. Work and knowledge-sharing extends beyond your desk.
Advanced technology: equipped with cutting-edge audiovisual systems to facilitate seamless communication, whether in-person or virtually across the globe.
Wellness facilities: private focus rooms and a multifunctional wellness room, serving as a spot for breaks, mindfulness practice or unwinding. The room also offers privacy for religious activities such as prayer and a private space for mothers.
We’re also growing the Lockton of the future. Our new space is a connected environment where our rising stars can learn from some of the best and brightest minds in the insurance industry and achieve great results for clients and each other.
Embracing sustainability
We are proud to report that during the deconstruction phase, Spaceful successfully recycled 92.55% of materials, reflecting our commitment to environmental responsibility.
