Lockton has announced a new partnership with The Academy of Real Assets (opens a new window), an organisation dedicated to introducing young people into careers in real estate and real assets firms.
The Academy is a members’ entity and social enterprise which connects real estate and real assets firms with students at UK state schools. The organization works to make the real estate and real assets industry better by making it more diverse. Since 2021, 5,420 students have engaged with the Academy’s events, opening doors to an industry full of opportunities. With our partnership, we aim to support the organisation’s outreach, helping contribute to students accessing career pathways they might not have imagined possible.
